Is there a listing fee to be showcased on Your webpage?
  • Yes, there normally is. There is a fee of 99,00 Euros for 1 year listing on our platform. With this we compensate the costs of integrating and processing your pictures and informations and the handling of all requests which do not lead to a booking, but cost us always a lot of time in communicating with those potential clients. Also it covers our social media activities and other advertising and marketing activities, which are needed to draw attention to your listed property.
  • However, we are always open to discuss your personal situation and set up.
  • No hidden fees. If a booking successfully takes place, we take over the handling and after the shoot, we charge You 10% commission fee from the price, you had set as your rental dayrate.
    That's our core business model as location providers, because just from listing fees we couldn't exist. The listing fees are purely to cover set-up and running costs.

What is the Enterprise Plan, and how does pricing work?

The Enterprise Plan is tailored for businesses managing multiple locations (e.g., hotel groups, apartment complexes). Pricing depends on the number of listings and whether we handle uploads and management. Contact us for a custom quote.

Can I cancel my listing at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your listing any time by contacting our support and we will pause or end your listing straight. However, the listing fee is an annual payment and we cannot refund the amount for the remaining months. Getting attention and find the right booking sometimes takes time, not every location fits all purposes. You should allow your location at least a year to get off the ground.

What happens to my listing if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, your listing will remain online until the end of your 12-month subscription. Or we take it offline directly, if you contact support and ask to pause or end your listing. After a peroid of 6 months, after your subscription has ended, we will delete all your files and data.

If I don’t cancel my subscription, will my listing continue?

Yes, unless you cancel your subscription will renew automatically and your listing will remain active.
